On December 16, 2005 we
acquired the Orlando Airport Marriott. The hotel is five
minutes away from Orlando International Airport, one of
the fastest growing airports in the country; forecasts
indicate an air traffic increase of 67% from 2005
through 2020. The hotel is 12 minutes from the Orange
County Convention Center, the second largest convention
center in the country.
