In January 2005, we acquired the Torrance Marriott
South Bay hotel, located in Los Angeles, California. The hotel
is managed by Marriott International.
The hotel consists of 487 rooms, two restaurants and 23,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. It is proximate to Los Angeles International Airport and the U.S. headquarters of Toyota, Honda and Nissan. The property is two miles from the beach and directly adjacent to the Del Amo Fashion Center, one of the three-largest mall properties in the nation.
