On May 2, 2006 we acquired The Westin Atlanta
Perimeter North at Atlanta, Georgia. This sleek, contemporary hotel is located in the heart of the perimeter business district within minutes of Atlanta’s best shopping venues, and less than 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The Perimeter Center market boasts more than 23 million square feet of office space and major demand generators like General Electric, Microsoft, Eli Lilly, as well as three world-class hospitals located less than one mile from the hotel. Local attractions include the world’s largest aquarium (the new Georgia Aquarium) and Atlantic Station, Atlanta’s new retail and entertainment district.
