On June 23, 2005 we acquired
the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in historic Sundance
Square, a 16-block retail area in downtown Fort Worth.
The property benefits from being located 17 miles from
one of the world’s busiest airports, Dallas/Fort Worth
International Airport, and less than a mile from Forth
Worth’s Convention Center that spans 14 blocks of the
central business district and is host to a wide range of
conventions, conferences, sporting events, concerts, and
